Returns and Cancellations Policy
Returns are accepted if the product is new and unused. If for any reason other than a defect the item is being returned, there is a 20% restocking fee, which is taken from the original amount not including shipping costs. There are no returns accepted after 30 days of receiving the order. There are no returns on Kydex Holsters, unless a rare occurrence that you find material or craftsmanship defects. When your custom order is placed, materials are purchased for your order. If you decide to cancel your custom order after 48 hours, there will be a 20% custom order fee that we keep. These are custom orders made to specifications that you choose; so review all photos and options before ordering.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
