* A note for the new website and account update!  If you ordered through the previous website (12/23 and older, orders in the 5-6000's), your account and order information have not yet been imported to the new one.  Your order is still active in our old system, you just can't access it.  Don't attempt to reset your password because it won't find your account, and we know that adds stress that isn't needed.  Everything is in queue, and when your order ships, the tracking email system will still update you with shipping information. Last update on older orders, we have everything up to Dec 2 in final production, and newer orders to follow *

We are available to assit you with anything you need.  The best way to reach Customer Service is by Email, with your order number if you have one.  Through email, we can keep track of our customer interactions; respond with an image or drawing if needed, and make documented changes/notes to orders.  For us it works very well. Normally email response is fast. 

E-Mail communication is required for order changes.

If you are just looking for an estimated lead time for your order, please note, that all orders are being fulfilled in the order they were received, and we typically give a general response.  Because of the random state of local and dealer orders, we will not give you an exact date of completion for your order.  All orders are being made and fulfilled as fast as we can, without sacrificing the quality we are known for.  If you still have a question about ordering or your order, please contact us right away.

SHOT SHOW HOURS: The shop is closed 1/16 - 1/23.  No phone calls will be taken during this time.  Please email only for product or service questions.  There will be no order status updates during this time, you know, since we aren't there to actually check, so those emails will be ignored until we get back 1/24 @ 10:00.

For phone support, at (480) 968-2182, Our customer hours are between 10:00AM - 6:00PM AZ Time, Tuesday - Friday, and 10:00AM - 2:00PM select Saturday's.  There are no public hours Sundays and Mondays.  Availablity and customer hours on Saturday's also Vary!    If you are local in Arizona, we encourage you come by our shop and place your order in person.  The lead time on in-shop orders are different than web orders, typically within a few days when we can, so stop by and see us, or let us know if you ordered online for pick-up so we can pull it.
